How to edit your account settings

Nonprofits who claim their charity on CrowdRise can make various changes to the way in which their account, including banking info, branding, and profile images

 

Once you claim your nonprofit on CrowdRise by GoFundMe, you’ll have the option to login and edit your account settings by selecting ‘Account’ from the dropdown. 

 

From here, the account administrator tied to the nonprofit can make changes to the following settings and customize various elements of the account: 

 

Email & Password 

The email address tied to your nonprofit is the address that will receive email notifications for actions taken on CrowdRise by GoFundMe. 

 

Profile 

Make changes to the way your nonprofit is represented, including adding photos. Check out more on how to edit your nonprofit profile. 

 

Charity Contact 

List the best contact person for your nonprofit In the event we need to contact you for any reason. 

 

Notifications 

Indicate the points at which you would like to receive automatic email notifications from CrowdRise by GoFundMe.

Select the way in which you would like to receive the funds you raise by choosing the default payment processor Pay Pal Giving Fund or opting in to WePay
