How do I change the address where my nonprofit's check is sent?

If you receive a check from PayPal Giving Fund:



PayPal Giving Fund issues checks to the "main address" listed on a nonprofit’s GuideStar profile. It may take up to 45 days for your address change to post to PPGF once it has been updated on your GuideStar profile.

If you need a check reissued to your corrected address, please let us know so we can put in that request.



The fastest way to receive funds from PPGF is to go through the Certified Charity enrollment process so PayPal Giving Fund can send the donations directly to the organization's PayPal account.

Once enrolled, you may choose to Request a Check, although there may be a fee levied for each check issued in lieu of a bank transfer.

If you receive a check from WePay:

  1. Log in to WePay
  2. Click the gear-shaped icon labeled "Settings"
  3. Click "Withdrawals"
  4. Click the blue "Change" button
  5. Change the "Where should we send the check?" dropdown to "add new address"
  6. Enter the required info and click "Save"
