With a heavy focus on providing offerings that are designed to cater to the wide spectrum of nonprofit needs, we’re confident you’ll find a solution of features and tools designed to help your nonprofit grow, raise more money, and make even more of an impact.

Options for every nonprofit

Nonprofits come in all shapes and sizes. Some are run by one or two passionate Decent Humans, while others have hundreds of dedicated employees and teams. In understanding the variety and complexity of nonprofits, CrowdRise by GoFundMe is proud to now offer four pricing options to make it even easier for you to find a fit for your organization.

For smaller nonprofits, this option allows for quick and easy online social fundraising.

Powered by GoFundMe, nonprofits who choose this option will receive a set of basic, easy-to-use fundraising features, as well as access to their fully-secure, invaluable donor data.

Fees and features include:

  • Free fundraising: 0% platform fee with a voluntary tipping model
  • Standard payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30)
  • Unlimited mobile-optimized fundraising campaigns
  • Team fundraising
  • Access to basic donor data (including name and donor email)
  • Easy access to funds via PayPal Giving Fund
  • Email help and support

Being able to be up and running in a matter of minutes, this plan allows for quick crowdfunding that covers the basics of nonprofit fundraising.


Powered by CrowdRise by GoFundMe, this option is for smaller nonprofits who are looking for more powerful features to manage their fundraising events, including basic integrated ticketing and registration, multi-team fundraising, and peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns.

In addition, the Essential option includes a basic level of branding and theming of campaigns. Essential nonprofit customers will be able to dramatically reduce their platform and payment processing fees with our built-in Donor Covered Fees feature. Essential customers will also have ownership of comprehensive donor and fundraiser data, which they can access at any time. This is a great fit for organizations with annual budget under $1 million.

  • Free to get started with no monthly or annual commitment
  • 5% platform fee
  • Standard payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30)

The Essential plan includes all of the features in the GoFundMe for Charities option, plus:

  • Unlimited mobile-optimized fundraising events
  • Social Ampfeatures proven to increase sharing
  • Ownership and access to more comprehensive donor and fundraiser data (including billing address, transaction IDs, and more)
  • Essential integrated ticketing and registration for events
  • Multi-team fundraising
  • Essential campaign branding
  • The option for donors to cover all fees
  • Email and phone help and support
  • Free migration of your first campaign onto CrowdRise

New to the CrowdRise by GoFundMe offering is the ability to add various service and product add-ons to the Essential plan (starting at $250) in order to further customize your plan to your nonprofit’s needs. Add-ons include an advanced branding package, advanced registration and ticketing capabilities, text-to-donate, text-to-ticket, fundraising minimums for peer-to-peer fundraisers, and contest and sweepstakes rules support.

Our Enterprise option was designed with large nonprofits in mind who are looking for a partner in CrowdRise to scale their unique and complex fundraising events and programs.
